Overall: Go here for the ambiance, not the food, service, or value for money.
Food: Not worth going back to. We ordered pastries, cold drinks and hot drinks. Their best-selling hot chocolate drink, along with most of the menu items are too sweet, too loaded with sugar! I would recommend asking if you can control the sugar level of your drink. Cost is expensive for what you get, but understandable since the location is far from the city center; if only it were good.
Interiors, atmosphere: Superb! It's like being in Baguio but without the clutter. The pine tress and rolling slopes are amazing. The cold breeze was perfect for savoring a hot drink. As with many Villar-owned chains, the interiors are pretty, sadly this doesn't translate to the taste of their food.
Service: All their staff were unwelcoming to customers despite it being a quiet/not-so-busy time during out visit. Their workforce would benefit from a hospitality training.
Beautiful place. Food is pricey but comes in big servings & delicious. Definitely worth the trip to Tagaytay. However, I suggest visiting during off-peak hours to enjoy the peacefulness of the place. Service is okay.
We only got to try the pastries and drinks when we came here. Definitely worth coming back to this place. I just find that the drinks are a little on the pricier side, but then again, i think what we’re paying for here is the ambience of the place.
A very nice and cozy coffee shop. Great ambience and wonderful environment. The interior was very much influenced by the coming Christmas when we were here. Good coffee.
A quick escape (and so is the rest of Tagaytay) from Manila's pollution and humidity.
Matcha drink was way too sweet for my liking but this level of sugar is quite normal in the Philippines.
The place is awesome! Such a relaxing vibe but a bit crowded during our visit on the weekend. Given the location, the items are quite pricey but reasonable. The road going here is a bit small and will be a quite difficult for big vehicles (pick ups, 7 seaters or bigger) but the experience is worth it.
Place: you need a private vehicle to get inside, Cafe Lausanne is deep inside Crosswinds Tagaytay,
Price: a bit higher priced than the usual coffee shops, but really worth the price
Ambiance: nice to sip a hot cup of hot cocoa and a slice of their lemon meringue cheesecake
Good place to find in crosswinds tagaytay. The design is exquisite and has a good vibe inside.
The food is delicious and I would like to highlight the signature sea salt latte.
It is a self service restaurant but it's fine since the staff are very kind and accommodating.
I will recommend this place to my family and friends
